"I consider each of my pieces to be a special, unique & elaborate form of mother nature." (Quote from the artist.)
Mr. Cajero has been creating his unique style of pottery since he was 7 years old. Gabriel merges traditional materials and methods with unique and contemporary forms and designs. The shapes and designs he creates reflect his sense of the beauty that exists in the world and in everyday living. His respect for the clay is obvious as he considers clay to be woman. "She is supposed to be beautiful--Mother Earth. She provides everything for us and is therefore precious and beautiful."
His work can be found at numerous Indian Markets in the Southwest as well as in galleries and trade shows through out the Western United States.
Pieces are available for both wholesale and retail.
